312 pads

Featured Replies

I have tried searching but there seems to be something wrong with the search as it keeps coming up with error, anyway, too the point i have just received a pair of 312mm callipers off a mk1 tt but now looking for new discs and pads, do i need pads with a abs sensor on? will the new pads with the sensor plug into my old one? Paul

Do you mean pad wear sensor? Abs sensor is fitted to the hub carrier and picks up on the wheel hub.

yeah a pad wear sensor :)

No pad wear sensor on my 312 pads if that helps. Don't think the fabia uses pad wear sensors anyway?

The pad wear sensor was fitted to cars with variable servicing. I don't think the Fabia vRS was ever fitted with variable servicing. Some non-vRSs were though. It doesn't matter if the pads come with the wire, all you do is cut it off.

Ah that's good thanks :)

What discs and pads you going for?

Mintex :)

I could give you part numbers for Pagid discs and pads, you don't need pads with a wear sensor.

That would be great if you don't mind please :)

Pads are101440708 and discs are 104440858. They cost £102.25 from euro car parts with trade discount.
