Sticking Brakes

Featured Replies

Arrived at work with 43mpg showing. Normally around 50mpg so quickly diagnosed one sticking rear brake with a hot wheel.

A local ATS took it in straight away and freed off the sticking caliper and checked and lubed the others for £42. All within 2hrs while I was nearby at work.

Excellent service and minded to return to ATS for upcoming routine service, MOT etc.

I suspect the sorry looking discs and pad may need changing soon as well.

I've just had to replace one of the handbrake cables on my car as it was sticking and causing the brake to stick on. It was a right pig to change.
