Hi folks. Well I am glad I've found you. Unaccountably, I've just rushed into acquring a 1999 Felicia Estate running on gaz, from an old gentleman in Sofia. I could have bought a range of other vehicles but I reckoned this could be a temporary taxi/builders/cheap runabout for a campsite project we're developing here in Southern Bulgaria. However, on the 100 mile or so trip down from the capital, after first noticing the black tape stuck over the permanently on airbag lamp (how could I miss that!?), the odd electrical behaviours, radio going on and off, light switches overheating, increasing smell of sulphur and loss of power etc etc, we arived at our destination wishing we'd acquired a slightly more expensive Mazda. Which was our original intention. However, buy in haste repent at leisure they say. Sometimes one needs a kick up the butt to remind on to be a little less complacent in life. And I've already learned so much !! On this occasion we've sorted the alternator output, the leaky oil pressure switch, and some pulley and belt or other. I sense tracing down the electric gremlins dwelling within 'Felicia' as she will be known, could become a long and at times interesting, at other times irritating project. But I'm glad I've found you people, I'm sure to spend quite a bit of time here ! John
