Felicia 1.3 MPI fuel leaking.

Featured Replies

I have a problem with fuel leaking. You can sometimes feel the smell when standing in one place with the car, so it doesn't leak all the time and I can't catch it leaking.

It leaked before because rubber hoes were rotten so I changed them and it's not leaking there anymore.

Felicia is mostly running on LPG and I notice that it looses too much gasoline for that little time it runs on petrol (~1km till it gets a little warm).

Did anyone have the same problem?

When you disassemble it there is rubber O ring seal. It wasn't rubber but plastic and full of little cracks so I found new one and replaced it.

Works great now.

It seems that I can't edit upper post so here is old original O ring rubber (more of a plastic piece now).

Outer diameter: 27mm
Inner diameter: 23mm
Width: 2mm
Thickness: 3mm

The one I put in now is 2mm thick, but does the job.
