Climatronic, mind of its own

Featured Replies

Ever since i did a self diagnostic on my climatronic a few months back its had a mind of its own. If i set the speed at say 2 within a few minutes its cranked itself up to full blast, if i turn it back down it turns itself back up. Its getting on my wick now. Its not set on auto either. It never used to be like this.

do another self dianostic :giggle:    no mine does this now and again if i change from face to feet itl go from speed one to speed 5 but its not that bad once a blue moon

When i start the car it stays on one, soon as i set off it blasts on full power. Lower it to 2, within 30 seconds it back on full blast

Thats the 1 :D

Climatronic has to be the worst piece of junk I have come across. Fiddling around with tiny buttons because it decides to run the fans at full blast, or switch off and not clear the screen. !
