Anyone else finding that the hooks on the rear hatch interior handles are a bit rubbish?

I use mine to hang my suit jacket on when travelling on business and find that the jacket ends up as a pile on the seat as they are placed too near the actual handle to fit the loop of the hanger round. Tempted to buy the accessory that fits on the front headrest but is there a mod available for say VW Golf versions of the same part that do a better job and can be fitted without too much faff?

 

Anyone else had similar thoughts?

I use the little hook on the b pillar to hang my suit jacket and it never falls off, even with a bit of spirited driving,...you'll have to post a picture as not sure if we're talking about the same thing?

Just had to use the suit hanger and got exactly the same thing as John, it fell off when I braked gently....It is the hook in the grab handle (or just beneath it) I think. I didn't try the other hook in the B pillar. Ended up just putting it around the grab handle, that held all the way just fine.
