Pics of Corrida Red vRS Hatch with 19's & Black Pack

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

On the brink of ordering my next company car and just cannot decide between Red or Black.

The spec will also include the 19" extreme wheels and black pack along with other goodies....

I have looked through all of the pics posted in the 'post your cars thread' and found a single (poor) photo of a red hatch with the 19's but only a single photo and it had the front and rear cropped off. and all of the black ones dont have the 19's fitted and are estates.

Anyway if anybody could help it would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance

Darren

Can't help with the red, but I've just picked up a Black vRS hatch with black pack this morning, its on 18's rather than 19's though - i'm planning on taking some proper photos with a camera rather than phone later this evening and will post up later. But in the meantime here is a couple of quick phone pics to set the mood. :)

A little while back there was a estate with 19" wheels on the Skoda site in the used section, maybe that might help if its still there?

Think if I was buy new again now , I would go for the Classy Metal Grey Look - Red or Grey seating would be the bees knees, especially if you had the black look and 19" you suggest as extras.

Enjoy whatever you decide.

Does anyone here have the 19" alloys on their car? I've selected them, but it would be nice to see pictures of them on others cars.

Several on Octavia vrs mk3 forum photo threads

Out of curiosity - how do people find the ride on the 19" wheels?  The first demo car I went out in had them on, and I found the ride to be on a par with my 120d with its M Sport suspension and 18" wheels (with RFTs, just like the 19" on the Skoda).

Personally, I'm quite glad to be going for the standard 18" wheels and a slightly softer ride... and that's before you get to the cost of replacing the RFTs on the 19" wheels.

Not sure if you can select and show on the Skoda website configuration now.

Yes you can just tried it!

I find the 19's to not be any different ride to the 18's will admit the road noise is slightly more, iv also had mine lowered slightly and still the ride is spot on. It is supposed to be a sporty...ish car, buy an elegance if you want comfort.
