No, not sensibly.

18" has always been problematic on the Mk I Fabia, 8.5" wide isn't impossible, the 5x112 will require an adaptor to get it to 5x100 which might let you get the offset down a bit, but you'd have to say you'd be fighting an uphill battle to get those on.

And if you want help, the easier you can make it for people find what you are asking about, the better.

In your case, I had to realise it was an ebay item number, open up a new page, go to ebay and cut and paste the number into ebay whereas just posting http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/271431037021?ru=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fsch%2Fi.html%3F_sacat%3D0%26_from%3DR40%26_nkw%3D271431037021%26_rdc%3D1 would have got me there with one click.
