If you have the 6disc changer does this take up the port for aux cable or am i able to have both? not seen back of these cd players and dont have pins yet to pull it out.... any help would be good thanks!

It occupies the same plug. Also, you can't have a simple aux-in cable on the symphony CD - as on Fabia VRS, it needs smarts to fool the h/u into thinking a CDC is attached.

I've had one of the XCarLink boxes in mine for about 6 years now, which lets me use the Changer and/or aux-in for my iPhone.

 

Some niggles but once you're used to it then it's absolutely fine.
