Im really in need of a thermostat housing for a 1600 AEE feli please can anybody help?

 

you can buy them from gsf, they come complete with a temp sensor and thermostat pre-fitted for about £30.

make sure you replace he o rings too, they are a pig for leaking these thermostat housings

Speaking of the thermostat housing...
On my 1.6 I think I broke this 2 times.

Now on the 1.3 it was sort of broken when I got the car.

Next time it breaks, I would like to replace it with a more robust solution.
What options are there around?

Something in metal instead of plastic please!!
