Anyone know the difference between these 2 parts, as listed on Partsbase.org?

I am after a silver fascia to replace the current bolero one, which I have updated to an RCD510 DAB radio in my Octavia SE Connect.  I believe the trim is "finely tuned Aluminium", but was unsure what the PR-5MD+....bit at the end of the description related to?

Can't say what the difference is, but I've just done the same, Bolero to RCD510DAB upgrade and ordered this which was correct for my Scout Mkii FL in silver;
