Fabia vrs mk1 back box

My rear Fabia Vrs rear silencer is rusting on the outside and its not looking like its gonna last that long !

If i want a quality quiet replacement backbox, should i look to fit a genuine skoda one or am i being a bit short sighted ?

I had a blue flame on a civic and it was really boomy inside the car. Are fabia ones as quiet as stock ?

Benjiman that's a very kind offer, but I am not sure I have the time to travel over 300 miles round trip....

I am in Warrington Cheshire... Looked on Google maps and its 163 miles x 2

Yeah... I have seen them. Tail pipes are "All Wrong" and they sound a bit tinny? .. Build quality and fit are just not there. Thanks for looking for me though

Errr, yeah, don't buy one of those unless you don't mind losing power, OE quality it ain't!

Hello people, I got a 2011, VRS a few days ago. Primarily for a long trip. Seems decent so far, but I want to add power, music and just get things working. I have a few issues/questions. Hoping these are common and easy for experienced here, I have been trawling forum, maybe I have missed some stuff. The head unit did not display. The touch screen worked but there was no display. Hello .I recently bought a Skoda Superb MK3. After a few days the fan stopped working. I changed the blower fan but it still doesn't work (the one on the car was already changed with a aftermarket). I checked the fuse and it's ok, I bought another resistor and it still doesn't work. I checked the wires and they have 12v. When I press the AC button the light doesn’t appear. On the diagnostics I found these errors. What could it be? Thank you

Hello, As mentioned in the new user section I recently bought a 2012 Skoda Octavia Combi 2. I had to replace LEDs on the dashboard cluster, because speed, oil temp and fuel needles were not lighting up (one burnt LED on each line). I’ve also decided to replace them with red LED (for fun) and yes, I’ve replaced the resistor to match the current draw.
