A woman washing her nice A4 with a washing up bowl and a green scouring pad...

Lovely!

Lovely!

The lady or the scouring pad

WOW!

Maybe she works for a polish company and needed a demo car.

That reminds me of a former work colleague whose company car was sprayed with silly string, rather than take it to a body shop to get it removed safely the staff member cleaned it with a scouring pad, result one complete re spray, a very unamused boss and a final written warning. Mind you this was also the same staff member who was sent to get a replacement spare tyre, we found it in the boot not actually attached to the spare wheel, clueless I think was the phrase used!

Good lord...

Poor car.

The salesman who sold me the Yeti told me of a recent customer who was unhappy with the very low valuation of his part-ex, when he had looked after it carefully and had washed it every week - with a scouring pad!

Our next door neighbour always uses a brush to get snow off of his car, and not a car brush thing, and actual wooden yard brush meant for concrete! And he does it every time the snow settles on the car, even when he's not going out in the next week!

Someone at work decided to remove two lumps of bird dirt with a scourer - they now have two six inch matt patches on the bonnet.

I always love to see the marks where someone has used something like this to remove bird droppings.  It's almost as bad to just leave the bird droppings on!  :D

The technique!

SWMBO once used the hose attachment to get some bird poo off the old Laguna (well it was new at the time) - she didn't tell me for months and let me think it was some scrote because she thought I'd go ballistic..  I just laughed it off - it's only a Renault..

She know's better than to mess with the vRS :)

Built in sponges :D

Thank fully my missus knows better when it comes to washing cars, and I've given her a load of stuff I no longer use :)

When i was about 10 my mum asked me to help her wash her Renault 5 gt turbo. As i moved from one side of the car to the other i got bored of walking round to my washing up bowl so i dropped the sponge on the floor, grabbed the washing up bowl off the floor and put it on the bonnet and slid it across to the other side of the car. I then picked up my sponge and carried on. She hit def con 1 when she saw my handy work hahaha. Oops.
