Hey guys looking for some advice, I have a fabia vrs with running 199bhp (has a pd150 turbo if that helps at all) ive been advised to fit an uprated intercooler sooner rather than later I have chance of a turbo revs 1.8t side mount for a decent price but as i understand the standard boost pipes wont fit the turborevs intercooler, has anyone successfully done this mod? Or have any advise?

Get a front mount instead

front mount airtec cooler or forge unit

Yeah the airtec fmic looks really good but I read that uprated side mounts where good for around 220bhp and are cheaper, so just wanted to know if anyone had anything to do with them, do you 2 guys run fmic? If so what where they like to fit? Cheers

i run an airtec fmic on mine took a few hours to fit and a bit of cutting but nothing to serious, i know the side mounts could handle it but but would very quickly be at its limit as there is no loads of air flow to it, compared to fmic
