I promise I haven't been drinking. I swear I saw a thread about how much you could empty your petrol tank and get away with it.  It was just this morning. In fact I remember noticing the OP put it up around four in the morning.  I admit I thought it was a waste of space and politely inferred as much (at least I thought I was being polite).  Someone help me out here.

If I had some sort of excuse I'd offer it now.  I mean, if I'd been on the booze you could slap me on the (virtual) back and chuckle in a blokey sort of way.  But no.  Oh dear. Oh, very dear.

 

Oh well it's not all bad, I think I can hear nurse coming round with the meds trolley and a nice cup of tea.  A nice early night - that'll do the trick.

 

EDIT. I just spotted that the swear filter didn't like the entirely harmless and innocuous seven letter word with a similar meaning to 'chuckle' and starting with 's' and ending in 'igger' (which would have racist overtones if it was printed without the 's'. Never been caught out by a swear filter before - it's a first! 

 

Slippery slope for me........

When you click on new content top right, one of the options is to view 'items I have participated in' on the menu in the left, even if the topic has been moved it will still link to it, if you have posted in that topic it would have a star next to it.
