induction roar after replacing intercooler jubilee clips?

Featured Replies

I replaced the bottom intercooler jubilee clips as mine were rubbish and it seems there was a leak around the area.... I replaced them today but now I have a induction roar from my pipercross panel filter? I have never heard this roar before? Is the fixed pipe making engine run better now using more air and will ecu need a while to adjust as when I put my foot down in first the orange traction control light flashes

Sounds like you fixed a boost leak and now have full power

Agreed - it's probably how it's supposed to be!

My VRs also has a PiperX panel filter, and it hisses like a goodun under boost - and 'tishes' lovely on lift-off!
