Noise on Skoda Fabia Classic straight after starting

My Skoda Fabia Classic 1.2 makes a very deep noise the first time I turn usually left.

It is only the first time you turn after you start the engine and it does not do it again during the journey.

Is it something I need to worry about?

I made a video and the noise is between the 6th and 7th second.

You need some speakers or headphones with bass to hear the short low noise.
