  • Picked up the RS today.     Obviously I am in the honeymoon period, but I'd like to think I've done a reasonable amount of test drives and owned enough to give me a decent feeling for a car.

  • Had the Fiesta ST back for a couple of days now, since it's turbo kit was installed.     Kit consisted of: Peron V1 Superstock hybrid turbocharger, (spool from 1200rpm, peak torque at 2500rpm a

  • As many will know, the ST-3 was sold at 18 months old with 11,000 miles on the clock.     Fast forward a few months....   I went looking for another. Even with my fleet discount a new ST-3 was mor

It's real and it's actually on your drive! Congrats :)

Know what you mean about the front end; there's a lot of mesh and grille there isn't there?!

It looks like a bottom feeder to me, if you know what I mean.

But that's the new Ford styling trying to incorporate an ST mesh grille and bodykit.

It looks like a bottom feeder to me, if you know what I mean.

Indeed I do - I can see the similarity....

I like it, fishy mouth and all.

Very nice Richard. At least you can fully disable the electronic nanny unlike most modern hot hatches! Blue is the best colour by far! Does the ST3 have uprated Sony speakers or is it just DAB and Sat nav that's added? :)

I'd expect nothing less from you.

I also quite like the shape front and all! Ford stuck fairly close to the initial concept indeed!

At least it's here...........at last, another semi-problematic purchase.

It's well specced, as you'd expect.

Sat nav, bluetooth, cruise, parking sensors, heated Recaro seats, climate control, auto lights and wipers, keyless entry and go, power folding mirrors, etc...

It needs to be well spec'd with all those buttons!

It's blue, bloody blue. Have you got bored of red now - 6 at the last count?

Love it, yes the front is a bit, hmmm but those seats look fantastic.

Out of interest, what was the final outcome with the whole 'deal' if you don't mind me asking?

is a remap on the way

Looks good, I think the Front grill is a bit marmite.

but i like it.

gives it bit of a "lairy" look. and them seats look amazing! :D

Mountune!

I really like it, front end in particular. Makes it stand out from some of the more mundane hot hatches gracing forecourts nowadays. I'd go back to a fast ford tomorrow if I had the cash so I'm going to say that's a damn good purchase sir!

Ordered!

Two week delay.

Call it "running in" time.

Does that include blasts around a local industrial estate at 1am? :D

Isnt that the natural habitat of Fast Fords?

Have you cut a deal on that!

Looks fun, how does it drive?

And here's a red one for contrast

Not an ST obviously, but doesn't look all that 'red' to me either - more orangey?

This looks red to me (and an ST):

Glad you got it ok Richard. How was the drive home.

I agree the grille is a little fish like. Designed by the same guy that does Aston martin's right?

Did they only change the bumper in the facelift, or did they change the headlights too?

I like it, and the front end! Hope ownership goes well for you.

Lovely - looks awesome!

Don't like the centre console - too many buttons for me and too cluttered.

Bet it goes and handles really well.

I reckon it'll be sold by the time you are 40... the vRS models are sporty, these ST are lairy!
