504? I thought long life was 507.

504 is for petrol engines, not diesel.

I gave the 504 price as an example of price,   no idea of the 507 Long Life price, never had it.

 

I expect an itemised parts invoice even when a service is done on a service plan.

But they have it on the computer anyway.

So easy enough for them to show quantity and grade used.

No way! I ask them to write on the ticket "NO WASH"!

 

They have a small automated car wash which is rubbish, boo!

 

Good.

 

But its OK to let them VAC the inside :-)
