Replacing wishbone bushes

I need to replace my front wishbone bushes.

I Was wondering, rather than replace the bushes, can I replace the wishbones for cast ones from r32/tt/cupra/s3, i want to do the whole front subframe at some point after a few other bits are purchased, but is it worth doing the wishbones now, if so what else do I need with them?
