wind deflectors

Featured Replies

I filed the edges on mine so the window doesn't have to overcome the step. Takes 10 minutes to do and allows the windows to go up much easier.

Thanks mrburdon123. I think that's what I'll end up doing myself, just to give a lead-in for the glass. Any other thoughts from any other users or clued-up Briskodians much appreciated before I break out the file at the weekend!

Looking at some on Ebay at the mo. I think they looks really good on :)

I agree, mine look great on, it's just the functionality that's doing my nut in! I will adjust them to work this week.

I took mine off yesterday, I personally now prefer the car without them on. Gives it a much cleaner look IMO. They are currently for sale in the classifieds :)

I like the look but make no mistake if I can't get them to work with the electric widows mine will end up in the classifieds too!

Removed my wind deflectors today and carefully filed down the area where the glass was contacting causing the auto-pinch function to kick in. Created a chamfer/lead-in for the glass and I'm pleased to report that they now work absolutely spot on. I'm very pleased now.
