Scout is getting a towbar fitted on Friday, which will see action fairly quickly. Obviously I'm looking to keep the kit in good order and know that the ball will need greasing from time to time.

 

What do you recommend? How often?

If u have an AL-KO tow ball u do not grease it.(used for stabilizer on trailer/caravan) normal towball just everyday grease

Grease normal tow ball as required

I generally put a little grease (general purpose) on the ball each time I use it, then clean it once I've used it so the grease does not get everywhere.

Some graphite grease is best
