S2000 Air Filter On A Octy VRS

Featured Replies

How would I go about fitting a S2000 air filter to my octy vrs. also what are the advantages and where can I get a S2000 filter from?..

Eurocarparts sell the filter for £17 ish. You will also need a reducer to make it fit.

The filter is pretty large so flows well

Also gives you vtec apparently

Yeah. Thats the one. I know you can get the reducer off ebay im sure someone will post the link soon. Team it up with a heat shield aswell :)

ohh that's fine, might look into this :)

I did this mod including heatshield on a mkiv Revo Golf a few years ago, & it actually lost 4bhp on the dyno compared to the standard airbox with a K&N panel.

Really? Did u have a cold air feed to it?

It just looks way too big and out of place tbh......

Ok cheap , i guess.  By the time you get a wacking great reducer to fit it and the MAF you could of got a replacement panel filter or a cone that fit's properly.

sorry just my 2p worth...

Yep.

If you don't want the manky beige and green s2k filter get the blueprint one and it comes black and red like what I've got
