The proximity of the dent (above rear passenger door) suggests it was no accident and now I need a Paintless dent removal, does anyone have any recommendations? there are so many services advertised.

I want to scream really loud as the car is up for sale online etc and this is a bit of a setback.

I have used "Dent Devils" a couple of times for similar issues. After they had been you would never know there had been any damage.
