hi there,

 

i have an annoying vibration sound when accelerating at low revs 1500 - 2000 rpm . its more noticeable from inside the car but with the bonnet up the sound is coming from the rear of the engine near where the air intake pipe goes down. it sounds a little like a worn bearing race sound. i have attached a link to a video clip but it isnt as loud through camera as in real life.

Could it be my dpf , do the rattle/vibrate when they are close to going ?

Anybody any thoughts on this at all ?
