Rear parking sensors

I have been trying to get a rear parking sensor wiring loom that goes from the control unit to the speaker/siren, and according to Skoda the loom is not available as a retro fit only as a factory option. So I'm after a body wiring loom with factory parking sensors if anyone has one they are selling please, I have everything else it's just this one loom. I hope someone can help in some way as it's driving me mad.
