Bluetooth Media issue

Just got a hold of my new Skoda Octavia Active model. I have a Samsung S4 which would connect fine to stream media on my previous Mitsubishi Lancer but when connecting to the Octavia it only works when i go into the bluetooth settings on the phone and tick the option to enable media under the paired devices. However, if the bluetooth disconnects and reconnects it loses this setting and i have to manually try again. 2 out of 3 times it just stays on connecting and wont connect. It works perfectly for telephone calls though. I was wondering if this was a known issue? There is talk of a firmware upgrade in the owners manual for the bluettoth but i cant find it online anywhere to download. Thanks all.
