Have just given the car a once over before heading out to the Peak District for the day, there is too much oil in it, oil is nearly to the top of the plastic tip on the dipstick.

All tyre were at 42psi instead of 32psi front, 34psi rear.

Wonder what else they have missed?

That's pretty shocking!

Seen it before though, as the tyres are pumped up like balloons for transporting to the dealers, presumably to avoid 'flat spots' if they are parked up for any length of time.

I've also seen suspension blocks left in (put in so cars don't bottom out on trucks!

Awful. That's basic stuff. I trust that the dealer has been made aware of your dissatisfaction.

I don't think I'd use them for servicing to be honest.

Not yet, but I'll copy them in on the e-mail to the lease company.

Won't be using them for servicing, I'm in Derby and car is from the London area.

Very poor, not like it's tricky stuff to get right!

All 4 of my tyres were at 46psi and i have some crazy oil marks on the sills......
