Piper fast road cam. My friend fitted one to his car 2 weeks ago and it's made such a huge difference. You'll need to phone them up as I'm pretty sure they don't advertise it on their website.

I think you need to be very careful, porting a tdi head is not as straightforward as a petrol, the guy who does all the big power rally engines told me he could easily lose me torque by porting the exhaust side

Unfortunately bulk flow is not as important as velocity in a TDI, by enlarging the exhaust ports you have reduced the speed of the flow, it is the velocity of the gas stream which spins the turbo, invariably when tuners rework this type of head they look only to straighten the port slightly by increasing the radius of the short side and carefully matching the cross-sectional area throughout the ports length, any other attention is given to the valve seat area and by cutting multi-angle valve seats. You can be more adventurous on the inlet side since bulk flow is more important here.

inlet is at its max with gasket its just a test as i work in a m.o.t centre so taking it apart a few times to get it right is not a problem

also the more an engine can breath the better i enlarged the ports on my vxr and it found 16bhp on the same rolling road can't see why it won't do the same on a diesel

I have a dbilias one in my pd130
