Cruise Control on the 1.9tdi

Hello,

I am wanting to install cruise control on my skoda, I have a stalk but I need to wire it in, I have had a look online, and here, for how to and have had no luck finding anything with images.

I dont have the cable just a stalk, I have already enabled the ECU.

Does anyone know where I might find a detailed thread with pictures please?

Just do a Google search for - Fabia cruise control diagrams - there is plenty of info, I have just looked.

Sell the stalk and buy a kit. Follow the instructions, job done.

Hi guys, I'm loosing my mind. 7 mechanics and no fix. 2022 2.0tsi Kodiaq (DNNA engine code) 40k miles Despite being under warranty, I'm already out of pocket £1550 because "there is nothing wrong with the car". I’m having a issue on start-up from cold there is a noticeable lumpy idling. This hasn’t caused any massifier codes when scanning via VCDS. Last year as part of the service the sparkplugs were changes but the rough idol is getting more noticeable. My Audi had the same issue that eventually resulted in constant misfire. That was diagnosed as having a carbon build-up. I don’t want to have the same issue occurring with the Fabia. As the CTHE is direct injection and has done 41k miles I’m guessin

Adding this for anyone that comes across the same issue. Noticed a slightly extended crank a day or so ago, along with a few seconds worth of poor idle and then ran as normal. Checked for codes, and none showing. Checked plugs when I got home again and all ok. Checked the lpfp count and was at or around 50% at idle. No hesitation or misfires and none detected on scanner. Rail holding pressure within parameters and both lpfp and hpfp showing requested and actual pressures where they should b

I have a 70 reg 1.5 SEL saloon. Travelling over any type of rough surface causes a rattling at the rear of the car. I have removed all loose items from the boot to no avail. I don't think it is the parcel shelf moving around. Could it be that the tailgate is not shutting tightly onto the frame of the car? Possible causes and remedies most welcome. Thanks, Bobsko1

Hi. I got a xenon light that last week startet to act up with flickering. So I read here and understood and got confirmed that is the first on a path to have to change the xenon bulbs. My process was the following: Flickering right xeon light Turned off the lights a few days, then one day turned off and they both were dead, no life at all on auto at least. changed both left and right xenon.
