Very Funky concept.

But given I have enough trouble with a standard XP desktop.... :D

got it on and working at the moment....it does your brain in for while

well thats wierd :S

I've used virtual desktops in the past - normally ones that scroll automatically when you get to the edge with the mouse pointer, and they annoy me to the point of removing them usually within about 5 minutes - is this better?

not sure to be honest, you can move round the inside of the sphere and place panes all over the place, could do my head in but I will give it a try and see how it goes

lasted under 5 mins for me.head ache time

Blimey - interesting concept. Would be interested to see how much resources it took to run though

Just from the screenshots can see it would make me go dizzy :D

But you never know, it might catch on. Seems a bit Minority Report to me....

there is another one somewhere that is like looking back inside a box ...so you can place work on the sides .....this could work far better but I can't find it at the moment

I'd like to to try Sphere in work on my laptop but I use dual screens. Do you think that would cause problems?

Well it's in Beta testing, so I'm sure they'd like to know how you got on with dual screens. Apart from browsing any FAQs on their website, I expect you'll just have to try it and see what happens :)
