Windows Tints on Anthracite vRS

Featured Replies

Does anyone have them?  I have browsed for pictures, but not yet found pics of tints on an Anthracite vRS.

I'm thinking of getting mine done, but not sure how dark to go.  I'm not a fan of the limo look, and not keen on the rears being much darker than the fronts.

So, I guess that leaves me with a 50% or so tint, but don't know whether this would look right on Anthracite.

Feel free to post pics!

I have an 80% tint on my LE

Cars very dirty but will try get a pic. Was going to go for a 50% but glad I didn't as I don't think it would have been enough

as promised sorry for the bad shots it was a rush job

Thanks for the pics, much appreciated

Are your fronts tinted as well?  There doesn't seem to be as much of a difference between front and back as I would expect.

Looks good with the anthracite wheels as well. I might have to get mine repainted :)

Fronts standard :)

When the backs are done it makes the fronts look darker because it's darker in the car

Wants to get the chrome grill done the anthracite too

Cheers!  Mine has sunset glass on the rears (although it only looks very slightly darker than standard), so I might just go for a 60 or 70% which should add up to around 80%

Then, I'll have to decide what next...  Lowering / anthracite wheels / remap / dog guard / Bluetooth ... Do I go for looks / performance or practicality... Decisions, decisions :)

Got some old pics of mine. It's 15% VLT and Although at the time I thought that might be TOO dark certainly wouldn't want it any less.

At least one of the pics will probably display upside down on a PC but displays right way up on iPad and iPhone (for some reason):
