Possible bargain wash mitt ... any good ?

Featured Replies

I've got the first one from B&Q (on their regular 3 for 2 offer) for about that price.

It's pretty good at lifting the dirt and great value for money IMO.

The top one is the same as they stock in asda for the same money.

They're okay. I use one. The 2nd one looks okay but with a finer weave

so reasonable to use on glass etc. Wouldn't be surprised if BIG asdas do them

too. Lambswool is probably the best thing for a mitt to be made of but you'll be

looking at a tenner upwards.

Not a fan of the noodle type mitts...I really dont like them at all

I also prefer a sheepskin pad ....Dooka wash pads are the best..pure sheepskin...not cheap, but lasts years

I use the Dooka wash pads also. Have Dooka Large and Medium pads plus his wheel mitt for the R36.

BUT never one to avoid a bargain - i am using a noodle mitt on SWMBO's car.

I will monitor how it performs... so far so good; cheap as chips and washes well.

Use the noodle mitts with ONR and they work well.

The second mit (£1.90) is the one i use for the inside of my rims, lifts all the brake dust no problem As long as you wash it out well after use it will last for you also washes well in the washing machine.
