I've had my Mk3 VRS TDi Estate for 6 months and it's fantastic. A condition of me buying the car of my choice was that I buy my wife a caravan which means I'd have to fit a towbar. I was hoping she'd forget but I heard those awful words today "when are you fitting a towbar and buying a caravan".

I've previously towed with my VW Passat TDi 130bhp.

Does anyone have any have any experience of towing a caravan with their VRS TDi (how does it tow) and where would you suggest I get a towbar fitted?
