Assembling Remote Central Locking

Featured Replies

Hi all. I recently bought Remote Central Locking kit fro Ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Remote-Central-Locking-Kit-for-HAA-keys-blanks-for-SKODA-FABIA-OCTAVIA-FELICIA-/161154399702?pt=UK_Car_Accessories_Safety_Security&hash=item25858cfdd6

Now I need help assembling it to my 1999 Skoda Octavia.

Firstly I don't know location of my central locking unit, and I would appreciate if someone could give me an wiring diagram. Thanks!

Your best bet is to get a Haynes book of lies, I had central locking woes a while back and it proved to be very useful.  You may have to get one off ebay now though.

I fitted something like that to my 2000 Octavia a few years ago. Best thing you can do is throw the wiring diagram away, and make it up as you go along. It worked ok in the end, but I didn't bother with wiring in the indicators or Windows. Good luck.
