Hi all. Does anyone have a schematic for how to remove the lower grille?

Or, failing that, how to remove the upper grill and foam block to gain access to the back of the lower grille?

I first read it thinking "the shocks are behind the bumper?", then realised that "shock absorber" in this case just means the big block of polystyrene between the bumper and the radiator.
