Another nice update before launch of the new MF range - logos added; due to many fakes being launched.

The heat logo stamping is non-scratch and non-mar on the paint; slowly all dealers will have stock...  :thumbup:

Interesting range :)

Yes - i only use the BOA MF's but the other shorter pile and laser cut pile are for the specialist coating applications such as Cquartz etc.

The thin ones to the right look like the type of Mf you get with a new pair of glasses, which are amazing for cleaning glass.

So would be great if they are like that for interior windows.

They are the new look suede cloths for applying CQuartz and DLUX.

No, but it is on offer ALL the time, so I had assumed it was perhaps a bit pants.

LOL...thanks for that - you read my mind Mark..... its never had much comment;

so certainly assume it sits in the "duff" corner for promotion. Oh well...

Was planning on doing the R36 windows inside this weekend... and checking out products to test.

I can confirm that CarPro Fog Fight is crap...did nothing it claims to do

........so is Carpro Flyby30 Glass coating....useless stuff

Thanks Mark - i'll ping Craig Hall at CarPro an email and await his comments...  :giggle:

FYI - a nice quick response from Craig as always...  :thumbup:

"Yes this is version 2 Stephen. V1 the active ingredient was over concentrated to increase durability.

But in cold climates it made it difficult to apply. This one is easier but screen being really cold will still create smears.

Need to warm the window a little."

Good old Craig eh...

Personally.....once bitten and all that.....

I too had a broken bottle top and minor spillage (Trim-X) upon delivery.

Quick email and resolved in minutes with a 250ml sample pot sent out same day.

Fortunately none of the other products were effected as the foam packaging noodles absorbed most of the spillage.

Great customer service IMO. And I've just ordered some more things from them today.

Shame about the damage in delivery - but Marc is always exceptionally helpful.

I use KKD for this very reason - great products and great service  :thumbup:

Very interested in your review of Trim-X though Karl.

One of my favourite products at the moment.

Tried it on some of the trim on my Octavia before I got rid of it, but I was only mildly impressed. Maybe I have high expectations...

It went on very easily, beaded pretty well and did make the trim blacker (there was a trim piece nearby that I deliberately didn't treat for comparison). It also made it easier to rinse the dirt off and bring back a clean black trim.

I didn't decontaminate the trim thoroughly before applying and only had a few days with the car before I sold it so can't give any long term observations. I also have little other experience to base it upon, so am probably not the best person to take advice from. Sorry.

I will be using it on my new Yeti, but have decided to keep it for treating the tyres and the engine bay plastic and have order Gtechniq Permanent Trim Restorer for the exterior plastic trim.

Thanks for commenting. I really like the easy application; and i think the beading is superb;

i have now applied a few times on my car and the finish on the exterior plastics is great.

I guess we await your review on Gtechniq now you have the new car  :thumbup:
