Hello:
I write from Spain. This project begins disassembling the entire car.
We start from the rear,
Difficulty: The screws do not come out the rear bumper.
I used to take out a screw used grinder machine.

only one screwdriver and wrench 13

 

classify all parts removed and took a written record of disassembly

attempt to disassemble the door hinge. Anyone have an idea how?
No heating or cooling disassembled by them.
I also tried hitting them. I think the best solution May be to weld a screw top.

The fiber parts are either very difficult, missing the sides down (it seems very complicated)
removed a portion of fiber with heat and spatula.

 

 

removed the rear door on the latch there is a cap that is about to break

 

 

 

I broke the bars and tapas plastic roof and a screw that did not come out the same. (oil, allen wrench, drill)

 

also the plastic clips on the rear seat,

plastic clips for doors and interior plastic tab

 

something not understand how it works , air box hatch just hot air

This system must have some kind of trick that I failed to understand

if i remember well they are the rear left and right speaker wires for the felicia and combi... obviously since yours is a fun there is no place for the rear speakers so they left them unused

 

im not 100% sure as its been a long time since i installed the harness in my car.

good tools things work, half, all the screws out but one is left halfway bad thread, I tried prying but it does not, I left it as impossible ...... any ideas?

There are a couple of redundant connections in that area. The truck is just a standard Felicia from the b-pillar fowards, and will have all the electrics therein. So, you'll find connectors for things you don't have, for example, rear speakers and heated rear screen. You'll find when you take the dashboard out, there'll also be the connector for the heated rear-screen switch (usefull if you retro-fit the electric mirrors, as their heaters run off that switch too.) Originally I was going to install the switch and put a power-socket by the rear lights for a heater to clear the rear-sreen on the Truckman.

 

In your picture, I think the red is the rear-screen heater and the brown the rear-speakers. There should be another brown on the other side. You could always put speakers in the rear panels

 

 

That piece behind the seats that you're not sure of.....something to hang your work jacket on

The red plug is for the rear boot light live and the brown ones are rear speakers....

the heated rear screen wires are there same with rear wiper on a muti plug with the light and fuel pump but they are only on the car loom not the pickup loom there is no need for them on a pick up

if you have oem central locking mirrors there is another muti plug and a single plug on both sides the single plug will be black with brown and blue wires this Is the rear central locking the fronts and mirrors are on the other plug

Heated seat loom does not have any plugs in kick panels

electric windows have no plugs just 2 wires depending on what is fitted

Someone has replaced parts fiber, to plastic body parts?
I have to try some, golf wheel archs. They could serve?

Someone knows this project?

These parts can be airdesing signature?

I never want to spend the same work to remove parts of fiber,

Awesome job on the pickup I've just taken rear sea hinge door and am struggling to reattach. Any helpful hints or suggestions? Should I put the bolts on the 3 joints on first or should I attach the two shock absorber type bars first? I'm planning on attaching the three bolts then using a small jack to compress the shock absorbers so I can get them to line up.

The easiest way to place the damper is in the door without placing first un the top of the door, put the door un place, and finally the bottom hinge damper.

I try to keep alive, and report progress.

I need many pieces that i can not find.
