Just wanting to know other than the power output / map are there any differences between the CR170 and CR140?

Are the DSG boxes the same etc.... With a remap or tuning box on a CR140 are you then basically looking at an equivalent to a CR170?

Some have even got more than the 170 on a remap.  Haven't heard of the DSG boxes being any different

Yeah I thought the DSGs would be the same...... Just noticed that the tech specs for the two versions show different weights though???? The CR170 is a few kilos heavier than the CR140???

Only 3kgs between the 140 and 170 DSG from what I can see - are you talking about the overall weight?  What about slight differences in turbo, pumps etc on the 170 that would add to the weight?

Yeah it was only a small difference between the two. As you say more than likely small differences in parts etc....
