aux mod for oem headunit

Featured Replies

Hey guys I've been reading about on the forums and identidied that's it's possible to add a aux connection to the oem symphony head unit. I've seen people using connect2 products, I've also seen floating around on eBay and amazon, connecters that go from a iso plug to a aux Jack in one cable. What's the difference between these two products as they differ in price for both claiming to do the same thing ?

If it's the Symphony single CD tuner, you'll need a connects2 of some form or a similar product. Almost easier to buy a modern h/u with decent EQ and bigger power to do the same job.

"ATTENTION: NOT COMPATIBLE WITH Audi Chorus II, Concert II, Symphony, VW Beta 5, Gamma 5, Beetle Gamma, Delta 6, RCD300, MFD, Blaupunkt DAB52, DAB53"

Must be a connects2 for the symphony

That was just a example, there are ones which are for symphony, ill probes just use a connect2 as easier

I have a connects2 skoda symphony head unit aux/USB/SD adapter for sale! Cost me £90 new, selling it for £40 as I've gone up to an MFD unit.
