Water damage... door no lock

Featured Replies

Hey,

We had some pretty bad rain over in Kent the last few days. Unfortunately, I was away and left the car at home with the door trim off and window slightly open (it was being repaired).

Anyway, the rear drivers door no longer locks with the central locking and the window can be operated when the engine is off and car is locked. I have replaced the loom already and is still playing up.

Any idea what next I can try? All other doors lock fine, it's just that water damaged rear drivers door! When I got back, it was soaked.

Any ideas guys?

I ordered a new dock lock mechanism - so hoping that it is that...

Check all the pins on the connector block.....
