any decent double din stereos you guys can recommend in that case?

 

also whats this I hear about a trim piece that is needed?? where would you source this, is there a part number?

Cheers bud what adapter kit is needed for the din unit? If at all??

No Adaptor kit needed

the gap in the dash is already double din it's just filled with a single din stereo and a single din tray

As Vindaloo says all you need for an after market stereo (single or double din) is the OEM trim to go above the stereo
