What is the name of the block that all the wires go into please that connects to the radio?

 

One of the clips went which meant my drivers side speakers wouldn't work. I cable tied it and it has worked for ages, but it is rearing its ugly head and I wondered if it was better to change the block, but not sure what to search for on google 

It's called a quadlock.
