Fitting mine this weekend and looking at the guides it mentions they need to go in in a certain orientation. The superpro ones dont seem to have any markings so is there a certain way they go in? Any help would be appreciated.

The half with the large chamfer goes on the outside, the other half inboard. I tend to use copper grease for lubing them, or use the supplied grease, its a matter of personal choice.

 

Its also a good idea to get new nuts and bolts, see below.
