These wishbones are 1.8kg lighter than the standard GTi/vRS steel items which is great for handling (unsprung weight).  The consoles are still attached with the S3/Cupra non-voided bush in place so these are ready to bolt on to your car.  The OE bush on a GTi or vRS is voided (ie it has holes in) so isn't as stiff - the S3 bush takes away some of the woollyness of the standard car without adding any harshness or afecting ride quality at all.  These are standard fit on Audi S3 and Seat Cupra and are genuine VAG parts.  I bought these new last year so they have approx 30k miles on them, no accidents or trackdays, look like new showing no signs of wear.
