That's nice!

424nm of torque is pretty impressive for a petrol.

very good results.  my last car made similar numbers with stage 1 on their rollers (245 and 419 iirc).  the torque is going to make the car monster quick :)

if you want to make yourself feel even better about that torque number go and google how much torque a ferrari 360 modena has..

Any idea why you weren't making the expected power?  Some type of side issue?

46.1 mpg ? Your obviously not driving it correctly getting such high figures ! :)

Agree, drive it as a stage 1 car now, not a diesel

did you get remap done in Edinburgh as im trying to persuade wife at the moment.

can a dsg box handle that amount of torque??

can a dsg box handle that amount of torque??

yep.  350Nm rating on the DQ250 is an engineering rating not an absolute.  You'd probably think about pulling the 60,000km service intervals back to 45000km for a bit of insurance

Nothing beats talking to the manufacturer when you've got a problem, is there. :) :)

i only ask as i had a seat leon fr tfsi and was told that the max was 350Nm

How much did that cost you if you don't mind me asking? Was that complety standard bar stage 1 map? Need mine doing and these figures are what I'd be wanting

What's clutch like with the 300+lb torque?

Does it pull a lot better at low revs? Coz it's like 100lb more near enough ?

It works well with the clutch but it has only been a week so don't want to get too carried away lol.

Trying to keep the front wheels from spinning is the problem though and that's when it's warm lol.

What tyres have you got?
