Octavia CR vRS - Shark- H&R- 3SDM- Maxton UPDATED

Bought the car standard in October 13 with 32k, family bus so nothing wild sensibly lowered on H&R springs and 19 inch 3SDM 0.01's added with Uniroyal Rainsport 225/35/19 tyres.

Mods to do hmmm none! Maybe a remap. thoughts?

Looking good. How are you finding the Rainsports so far? I've got them on mine but not really cover much mileage. I will say they are a very quiet tyre!!

 

Did you wait long to get them?

 

A lot of people moan about 19's but I have to say so far I've found them fine.

Really rate the RS3 also fantastic value

Nice car buddy good work. I was wondering what a mk2 lowered 50mm would look like in 19's and now I know. Think it might have to be one of my next modifications. Do you have any problems with the wheels rubbing or catching?

None whatsoever still plenty of room to go bigger just not wider than 8.5.

Now in winter guise with 18" Zeniths and Nexen Winguard Sport tyres, H&R hub centric spacers 8mm front 15mm rear. Maxton Design front splitter added oh and of course a visit to Shark Performance for remap and DSG software.

Here's some pics after a good winter wash down..
