Hi Aaron

Look at my profile it gives some background. Couldn't load photos because files are too large. I bought the car 6 months old and 6k miles. I've got full service history, most bills, MOT's. The car is standard except for cruise control fitted by  Skoda garage and stainless steel exhaust new last year. The exhaust allegedly gives an extra few HP.  On route to Spain a few years ago I  gave it a brief burst of  full throttle but lifted off at 130mph on the clock and there was still some left. This car has not been thrashed (still has two original tyres). Mileage is genuine and it has been run mainly by my wife although, living on the A52 near Derby I still give it a good run frequently. As you will see from my profile I might want references as I really love this car.

This has not been thrashed but you did 130mph with more to go...

Nice low mileage, can understand selling being a diesel and doing so little miles.

Pictures will help sell this to the right person

I said the car has not been thrashed, I tried it once on an open motorway for a couple of minutes. Can't load the photos at the moment  too much for the site, will have to try at lower resolution. Anyone seriously interested can have them by e-mail.

Dont own up to that speed.

In a fabia thats near top speed so its not ideal.

Put the pics on photobucket then copy and paste the image link in the add.

Glws

Not even broken in that

54,,05,,55 reg ??

which is it ??

The car is an 05, it photographs the same as any well kept Sprint Yellow Vrs. The proof is in the viewing, just off the A52 near Derby.

How's that work then?

I gave mine near  full chat for 15 miles on the Autobahn shortly after I got it back in 2006.

8 years on and it still runs like clockwork.

I was always told that holding full throttle for a long period could risk melting the exhaust wheel in the turbo?

How fast did you manage to get to? Was yours ASZ or BLT, mines BLT but know of an ASZ that regularly does the clock on the Fabia!

Dunno. Facelift April 2005 model.

IIRC it was showing just over 130mph, so that'd be about 120 I guess?

Never been anywhere near that speed since, probably 'cus it hasn't been back to Germany
