One of my screws is loose and I can't remove the screw from the handle. It will un do but I can't get it out. It is the top one

I want to take it out to look at where the thread is as it won't do up at all.

Any ideas please on how to get the screw out from the handle and not just to loosen it?

That's the problem. The bottom one is fine and out from the handle but the top is stuck in. I can turn it with the torch driver but it won't loosen it's like the thread has gone. Trying pulling on the door to make the screw tight then used an electric screw driver but the screw just spins.

It was rattling before I tried to get it out. Explains the rattle.
