Having failed to find a vRS TFSI maxidot cluster for my Octavia I have given up searching! Now my attention has turned to the green night-lighting. Is it possible to change all of the interior lights for another colour? Really feeling like a white LED conversion for the dials etc.

I do believe that it's previously been done by someone on here with whatever colour led's that you wish.

If you want to change the interior lights that xander refers to then there's cheaper options too.

I'm looking to change the lights i.e. the dashboard dials (speedo; etc), centre console lights, window switches etc to white or red. Bored of the green lighting at night. Does anyone know of someone who can do this? Looking to pay to have it done as I'm hopeless with things like this.

No need to apologise buddy; I appreciate the heads up for future mods.

This was mentioned in a build thread somewhere...I can't remember who's it was though. If I remember rightly all the LED's for the speedo need to be desoldered and new ones soldered in place of them. Sounds like a hell of a job, but probably looks great in the end.

IIRC, the op that previously did it had a Fabia 1 so it may be prudent to ask in that section?

This has been done by Dark Hero in his Fabia mk1 Thread and he has also done it on his brothers Octavia (Buddy)
